Growing up across multiple countries and languages, she experienced firsthand how traditional classrooms often overlook the strengths of bilingual and newly arrived students. That perspective became the foundation of her work.

Operational ManagerIshaan is an Operations Manager with a strong mathematics background, specializing in K–12 education systems. He combines analytical thinking with classroom experience to design and optimize learning operations for schools serving diverse student populations.
